International study has gained in popularity. Recognizing the need for financial resources, the International Student Loans Program was developed.
The International Student Loans Program offers loans with flexible options and allows up to 20 years to pay them back. The loans are available for students from any country but must have either a U.S. citizen or permanent resident as a co-signer.
The only country in Europe that could have possibilities is Germany, when it comes to cash. That one makes me feel like someone is pissing on my head and trying to convince me it is rain!!!
Does the U.S. citizen or permanent resident that would be the co-signer have to be related to that person, or can it be someone non-related?
Also, would the person applying for the loan have to get Residency?
