even thought i'm left handed i get by life fairly. At school i some times have a hard time writing because of the way they make the tables. Also notebook and folders have been a pain when the sprial part gets into your way. I love to cook to and sometimes its a hastle because all the tools you use for cookin is made for right handers and you just have to adapt to it

But I am upset that only this college has a lefty scholarship because I could write a killer essay on the daily struggles a left handed person faces daily. Im a competitive dancer, left dominent. We always do right leaps, turns, splits etc. Binders and erasable pen are never your friend. These are just a few things lefty's have to deal with later.

Come on Scholarship makers, Show lefty's some love. We need your money.

Watching right-handers write and carry on with other activities using their right hand, I always looked at them and wondered "How are these people able to write with their right hand?" I would look at them as weird, but in fact, those same people would scold me for being a lefty. It has been said that lefties are set with setbacks such as not being able to drive a stick shift. To me, left-handers are just as capable of doing things as right-handers and I love being a lefty!!! Seeing that I am a senior now, getting money for something (an ability) that I was naturally born with would be very exciting to me.

being a lefty i always looked for other lefties... the chairs in my college are meant for right handed so whenever i asked my teacher that i have problem writin on it..they always give me the cold shoulder.. glad to find that there is a university that provides scholarship to left handed..university where no one ignores the problems of left handed..atleast having seperate desks for left handed to write on.. great! love it!!
